I know. I'm so late!

Can anyone else believe that it'll be the first of May tomorrow? AH! How tie has flown/flied? I honestly can't even start to believe what has happened this year. There has been drama, make-ups, break-ups, new relationships, new friends, old friends, new classes and teachers, new-er teachers, stuff like that. I really can't believe how fast the time has gone by, and I really can't honestly wrap my mind around how fast this year has gone by. It's crazy. So here's to summer and the next 4 weeks. Studying for finals, and soon-to-be sun kissed skin, and bare feet and shorts and tank tops. I can't wait for you summer!!

Tried out some new editing software today and the "most" decent pictures I had were of Emme. And this is the only one that turned out "good" enough to post on my blog :)I used Corel Paint Pro and I think I was using the chalk/square chalk brush tool for this picture :)I might [or might not] have more pictures and they might [or might not] improve :)

Sunday Snapshot: {Easter Sunday}

Happy Easter!! Here's what me and my sister did for the holiday.

Happy Easter to everyone! It's a bit late but I was having fun with all things Easter today. I haven't done Easter anything since I was like 7 or 8, but since moving back to the states we've been getting into it.

Tried doing some yesterday, but they didn't last long, they turned into deviled eggs soon after dying so we tried again today with better luck :D

We got some colorful cups for about $1 during the HUGE [and I mean HUGE] Easter sale at the grocery store today. Lots of peeps. And eggs. And candy and dying kits. [we got the cups and a dying kid by mistake not knowing that the dye kit was in the cups. so we ended up with 4 kits between me and my sister.]

Friday night was like a pre-Easter thing at my school. Like a vespers. We drew some pretty cool crosses and tombs and such on this scratch paper. Black paper that you scratch with a stick to reveal the colorful stuff under the black surface. Easter sabbath was VERY nice. We went to the early service and my youth class watched the crucifixion video and talked about what happened that Friday morning. All in all it was a GREAT Easter. :D

I had some funky lighting while taking these, and it was with a point and shoot so I'm not sure about the technicals on it.

I'm a pathetic blogger! And Rabbit Rabbit

I really should be blogging more often. I would, but there really isn't anything interesting to blog about, and I really don't have the time anymore. I mean, that might change once summer starts and stuff like that, but until then I really don't have much to blog about. I hope everyone enjoyed April Fool's Day and played some pranks on friends, or family :) I'll be back sometime with some more exciting news....hopefully. Oh. And keep miss Ivy Joy (you can read their blog http://sammonsfamily7.blogspot.com) in your prayers! This baby girl has gone through more procedures and treatments than anyone else I know that's her age! Please pray for the doctor's strength and for her to cope with her new anatomy! :) This baby should be ready to come home for easter if we all use the power of prayer to help her!

Sunday Snapshot {Springtime and iPad problems}

So originally I had this awesome post and it got deleted. Keep this in mind, if you type on an ipad, you can't save it as a draft. you have to post it as soon as you're done typing it out. I had this whole long list of pictures and a whole story ready, then I opened it on my ipad and it deleted my entire post. Now I'm in a bad mood because of that. Urgh. My parents have gotten this great idea to have me and my sister clean the entire house before he comes back from the store. Yay. Fun right? No. And to top it all off, it's daylight savings so we lost an hour of sleep this morning.

But, yesterday we went to this amazing garden yesterday and I have pictures! [finally]

We ran into some friends from school. I got his little sister to twirl around while I tried to get a picture stand perfectly still and hold a flower for me.

Oh. and I have some friends going off to the Dominican Republic during spring break! [which is in 2 weeks for us] Our school does this mission trip every year. Please keep them in your prayers! [and pray that none of the boys on the drama team shave their head! it is so incredibly hot there and they might be tempted to, but they are not allowed to!]
